What's GMail You Ask?

Have you heard of GMail? It is a new free email service being offered by Google, hence the name GMail.

In a nutshell GMail is:

If you haven't already heard about Gmail, it's a new search-based webmail
service that offers:

- 1,000 megabytes (one gigabyte) of free storage
- Built-in Google search that instantly finds any message you want
- Automatic arrangement of messages and related replies into
"conversations"
- Text ads and related pages that are relevant to the content of your
messages

As of now GMail is available by invitation only.

My buddy Bill at In Bills World has 5 available invitations for GMail for Active Duty Military Personnel Only.

Why would a military member want ANOTHER email account/address? Well first of all, GMail is a search based email account. What does that mean? You will have access to all of your saved emails from any computer. Your files are saved by Google instead of on one computer like most mail accounts.

So if you want one of these accounts scoot on over to Blackfive or In Bills World and see what you can do. They are both offering these to any active duty member from any branch of service.

Thanks for pointing me in this direction Bill, I truly appreciate you thinking of me!
