My New Quote

This is the new quote for SlagleRock's. You'll also notice that I referred to the site as SlagleRock's. For the time being that is how I will refer to my blog. I am working on a new banner and title for my blog. Any suggestions?

For A Lifetime!!!!

Today was an amazing day. For those of you who followed my blog at its height you may remember that I was previously married and went through a rocky divorce. Times were rough, but as they say divorce is so expensive because it is worth it. There were serious compatibility issues. Fortunately we can speak to each other like civilized human beings now that it is and has been over.

More importantly than all that mess and those trying times is the fact that on this day my girlfriend/fiancée of nearly 2 years and I took the plunge and tied the knot.

There is a new Mr. and Mrs. SlagleRock and this time everything feels right. Outwardly (to those who know me personally) I always appear to be a happy person, I can tell you now that I am happy on the inside as well.

Unfortunately we live on the West Coast and both of our families are in the Indiana/Illinois area. Because of this we decided to have a simple private JP style wedding. The ceremony was actually conducted in the private home office of an ordained minister. It was nice, but I know it wasn't what she desires or deserves. Because of this we are going to make every effort to have a formal wedding back home on either our first or second wedding anniversary. The saving starts today!

I love you Baby and we will have the life both of us deserve!
